Summary
-Join our team as an In-Room Dining Manager and become one of the
authors of our story. The In-Room Dining Manager is responsible for
hiring, developing, and training the IRD staff, upholding the
standards of Auberge, and creating a memorable experience for each
one of the guests. The manager will assist in ensuring both guest
and employee satisfaction that is achieved by meeting and exceeding
the operating budget. - Core Responsibilities The key
responsibilities for this position are:Supervises daily operations
of In-Room Dining and ensures all standards are being met. -Manages
staffing levels to ensure that all guest services are exceptional.
-Develop department members knowledge and skills through education,
coaching, corrective counseling, etc.Ensure service is carried out
in accordance with Auberge service standards. -Develop and
implement a strategic plan and vision for the division consistent
with the property's strategic vision. -Provide leadership in the
development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations,
and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term
profitability for the property.Work closely with the Chef to ensure
all special culinary requests are met. -Creating the weekly
schedule based on the forecast, and posting every
Wednesday.Ensuring the tips are entered daily and submitted payroll
by Sunday of each week, and by end of payrollChecking the labor
system at the close of each shift for clock in and clock out
discrepancies, meal break violations, excessive tardiness
etc.Tracking team attendance and discussing issues with the
team.General counseling and documentation of any issues with or
amongst the teamTrainings, SOPs, sequence of service creation and
implementation amongst the team -Interdepartmental training, mainly
with the guest service teamDaily log update and operations
reportingEntering and tracking labor expenses and adjust as per
forecast as necessaryAttending daily operation meetings -Ensuring
all VIP amenities are complete and the information is
accurateStaying on top of emails and any follow up that
arisesMaking sure that all the teams needs are met: amenity items,
new menus printed, golf cart issues being directly correctly and
are resolved in a timely manner. Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a related role -Must have a food
handler and RBS certificationsBachelor's degree in a related field
-Must have a valid driver license. - Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in a related field.Ability to thrive in a fast
paced environment.Must have strong attention to detail - What Else?
