You're Excited AboutUSBecause You Will...
-Serve as a partner to the Area Director of Human Resources and
General Manager in overseeing and maintaining daily human resources
-Be responsible for the overall management of the property's human
resources operation as well as the coordination, and evaluation of
-Manage the daily activities of the Team Member Services office
including Team Member's compensation management, team safety
initiatives, and wage/benefit administration.
-Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
and property operating procedures by providing all departments with
guidance and support necessary to achieve their guest service and
-Prepare a variety of requested/required reportsand provide
analytic analysis of those reports.
-Directly supervise HR team members (apx. 4).

-You have 3-5 years of progressive HR experience and two years in a

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. The
actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company
and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset
of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance,
dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term
disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement,
and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
