Will...-Design and prepares a wide variety of general
correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, presentations and
reports using Microsoft Office applications and other software
packages.-Answer and screen all incoming phone calls, takes
messages, and field/answer routine and non-routine questions.-Sort
and distribute mail. Opens the mail for -the Managing Director and
determines the level of priority. Responds to written customer
correspondence as assigned.-Schedule and organize a variety of
activities such as meetings, travel, and department
activities.-Assist with special or daily projects as assigned such
as coordinating tasks, disseminating information, and organizing
events.-Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some
of whom may require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to
defuse anger.-Drive a vehicle to run errands related to business
operations as needed.We're Excited About -YOU -Because...-You have
earned a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.-You have two
years of office administration experience in a similar role. Hotel
industry experience preferred.-You possess a solid knowledge of
customer service standards, guest relations and etiquette.-You have
the ability and experience in successfully providing high-level
administrative support in a high volume, time-sensitive
environment.-You have a valid drivers' license in good standing
with a clean driving record.-You are able to work independently
with minimal guidance and as part of a team-You are willing and
able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the
hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends,
