Maintenance Technician Location: Santa Rosa, CA Hourly: $29 - $36
About Us Founded in 1985, we produce craft wines, ciders, and
specialty beverages for retail, hospitality, and distribution
clients. Known for quality, innovation, and sustainability, we are
seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and
facility systems running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and
facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime. Assist with equipment
installations, modifications, and upgrades. Maintain accurate
records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives with
production teams. Must-Have Skills Knowledge of mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Hands-on experience
with packaging equipment, conveyors, and automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and
blueprints. Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred
Qualifications PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Background in beverage, food, or packaging industry. Knowledge of
lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Welding,
fabrication, or machining experience. Computer skills for
