Immediate need for Sr. Analog Device Designer seeking great compensation package, excellent company and opportunity for growth. MS in Electronic Engineering or physics, PH.D. preferred. Strong hands-on experience with TCAD simulations. Experience in IC MOSFET, BJT, JFET, and Polysilicon will be keys to success in this growing, well-known organization. Will be responsible to design and develop high voltage discrete and integrated silicon power devices. Collaborate with design group to convert device requirements into device designs, and circuits into proper layouts. Conduct device failure analysis and provide solutions for Manufacturing company.
