in the Napa Valley Area (Including parts of Sonoma)Want to be a

work.*Typical Work:**Field Work:* Provides support and completes
small engagements, both remotely and onsite, for Endsight's
clients. Includes installing networking equipment, setting up
workstations, installing and updating software, troubleshooting
issues, and more.*Help Desk Support:* A typical day revolves around
remote customer support from the Endsight Napa office on a variety
of platforms and technologies.*Location:* Napa office (Napa, Ca)
and on-site at customer locations in Napa Valley and parts of

Pathing*Qualifications Required:*Must have 3 years minimum Systems
Administrator or IT Help Desk experienceStrong aptitude for
Customer ServiceExcellent analytical, verbal, and written
communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies
and changing business requirementsAble and willing to collaborate
as part of a teamRespond to emergency situations effectively,
maintaining poise and focusAbility to organize and manage multiple
priorities*Qualifications Preferred (not
required):**Certifications:* CompTIA (A+, Network, Security),
Microsoft Associate/Expert, VMware, Apple, CitrixBachelor's degree
(in a related field) or equivalent experiencePrevious MSP
experience is a plusExperience with PSA / RMM is a plusYou will be
