You're Excited About US Because You Will...
-Perform general repairs in and around the hotel requiring expertise in painting, carpentry, or maintenance.
-Use computer to receive work orders and record work performed. Keep timely and accurate records.
-Perform preventative maintenance on tools and maintain all tools and equipment used in performance of the job. Keep tools orderly and in good working order.
-Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace parts found throughout the property, such as machinery, repair/cleaning of drains, replacing light bulb and filters, etc.

We're Excited About YOU Because...
-You have vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or proficiency required in one or more of the following areas: maintenance, painting or carpentry.
-You have two years of related experience, preferably in a hotel or large rental property.
-You exercise discretion on the job when handling confidential information.
-You can perform basic math functions using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
-You have evening availability (required).

The expectedhourly rate for this position is $19.50. The actualrate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
