We are searching for a devoted CrossFit Trainer to join our Wine Country CrossFit group in Napa, California! The ideal applicant should have demonstrable experience in conducting workouts, show remarkable and inspiring skills, and have a zeal for aiding individuals in attaining their physical fitness objectives. The CrossFit Coach will provide personalized coaching and teach customers on proper weight-lifting approaches, provide group classes, and ensure participant protection and advancement. Our CrossFit Coach will have the chance to positively influence the well-being and health of our members. If you possess a passion for CrossFit and an ambition to aid others, we desire to connect with you! We believe that the future of medical care lies in gyms. Blood samples will be taken at the gym. Metabolic conditions will be managed through resistance training, nutrition, and supplemention. Wine Country CrossFit will be the first gym in Northern CA to offer this merged experience, and members will monitor their blood values with a real-time app. We are in search of a CrossFit Coach who is eager to assist the members of their classes to move more proficiently, eat healthily, and feel better.

Responsibilities:
--- Create individualized fitness programs for all ability levels
--- Perform evaluations and monitor clients' progress to adjust their plans accordingly
--- Offer guidance and instruction during sessions to ensure a high level of safety and efficacy
--- Demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment to ensure clients follow the exercises correctly
--- Develop positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
--- Must have experience in the fitness industry
--- US Work Authorization is required
--- CrossFit Level 1 Certification is preferred, but not essential
--- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
--- Must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs
--- A High School Diploma or GED is necessary

Wine Country CrossFit is a functional fitness facility with 15 years experience close to downtown Napa. We are professional, agile, and support members on their fitness journey. Our goal as a company is to build health, well-being and confidence through functional fitness. We host transformation programs, nutrition programs, and offer a community-based fitness experience.



We value learning and growing as trainers and coaches. We provide continuing education for full-time coaches, and we engage in in-house training on a monthly basis. We are a gym that focuses on mobility, and as an employee here you will grow and learn about how to mobilize your own body, and in turn those in your classes.
