We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead
large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to
completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong
technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to
manage multiple stakeholders in high-compliance environments. The
Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects
are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities • \tLead and oversee
all phases of electrical construction projects, from
pre-construction planning through closeout. • \tDevelop and manage
project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. • \tEnsure
compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. •
\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the
primary point of contact. • \tCollaborate with internal teams,
subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals. • \tProvide
mentorship and guidance to project engineers, assistant project
managers, and field staff. • \tIdentify and mitigate project risks,
proactively resolving issues to maintain progress. • \tPrepare and
present project reports, cost analyses, and progress updates to
leadership and clients. Qualifications • \tBachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
(or equivalent experience). • \tMinimum 8–10 years of project
management experience in electrical contracting or construction. •
\tProven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects,
preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or other compliance-driven
industries. • \tStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and
construction practices. • \tExceptional leadership, communication,
and negotiation skills. • \tProficiency with project management
software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). • \tPMP
