motivated Automotive Technician to join our successful and
fast-growing service center. In this role, you will perform
diagnostic evaluations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of
vehicles, ensuring each customer receives the highest level of
service and satisfaction. As an Automotive Technician, you will
apply your technical expertise, attention to detail, and passion
for problem-solving to deliver accurate diagnostics and effective
repairs. You will also utilize advanced tools and shop software to
maintain detailed service records, while collaborating with other
team members to uphold our reputation for excellence. If you have a

to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Diagnosis & Repair
Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical
and electrical issues. Analyze vehicle malfunction codes and
determine the root causes of performance problems. Perform a wide
range of automotive repairs, including work on engines,
transmissions, suspensions, braking systems, and electrical
components. Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to confirm
successful repairs and ensure safety standards are met. Preventive
Maintenance & Service Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil
changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake pad replacements, and
tune-ups. Adhere to manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules
and service bulletins. Ensure all service and repair work is
completed efficiently and correctly the first time. Quality
Assurance & Documentation Maintain detailed, accurate, and
organized service and repair documentation using shop management
software. Support the development and implementation of shop
procedures for workflow management, documentation, and repair
tracking. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and
shop areas are clean and safe. Comply with all safety protocols,
environmental regulations, and company policies. Customer
Communication & Collaboration Clearly explain vehicle issues,
service recommendations, and repair outcomes to customers in an
understandable manner. Provide honest and transparent estimates for
required repairs and maintenance. Work closely with service
advisors, technicians, and management to coordinate repair
schedules and prioritize customer needs. Strive to deliver a
premium customer experience that builds trust and encourages repeat
business. Qualifications & Skills Required: High school diploma or
GED. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or
similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in
diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems. Ability
to operate modern diagnostic equipment and shop computer systems.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Associate degree in
Automotive Technology or completion of an accredited automotive
service training program. Current ASE (Automotive Service
Excellence) or SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers)
certifications. Experience in a tire service or dealership
environment. Knowledge of tire mounting, balancing, alignment, and
suspension repair is a plus. Valid drivers license with a clean
