Bay Ford as a Mobile Service Technician! We’re looking for a
driven, customer-focused technician to provide convenient on-site
maintenance and repairs at our customers’ homes and workplaces.
You’ll be representing the trusted Ford brand while enjoying the
freedom and flexibility of working from a fully equipped mobile
service van. Job Responsibilities: - Travel to customer locations
to perform routine maintenance, light repairs, and recall services
- Deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty with every
visit - Organize and prepare for each day’s appointments - Perform
work according to repair orders efficiently and accurately -
Coordinate with the service team and parts department to ensure
seamless operations - Maintain clear, accurate documentation of
work performed - Keep up with Ford training and technical bulletins
- Safely operate and maintain the mobile service van
Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -
ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred (Ford certs a plus) -
Prior automotive service experience preferred, but willing to train
the right candidate - Strong communication and organizational
skills - Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology - Ability
to work independently and occasionally in varying weather
