This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide a full range of audit services to our prestigious healthcare clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and ensuring that all audit procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.   • Plan, execute, and oversee audit engagements to ensure compliance with SOX and other applicable auditing standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports, highlighting any issues or potential risks.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on audit-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance audit procedures and processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in auditing standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, helping to expand our client base.Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, preferably in public accounting and within the medical industry.
    • Strong knowledge of SOX and other auditing standards.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
    • Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
