Job Number: 2175582Controller Napa $100- $120k Local winery is searching for a Controller to join their team. This position is responsible for all day-to-day accounting tasks and the ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable with excellent communication and organizational skills. Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions
• Provide daily oversight & supervision of accounting staff to ensure the accurate, timely, and regular input of transactions into accounting system
• Prepare monthly and yearly entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and manage annual budgets/forecasts
• Assist with annual audit by providing all audit documents and answering questions
• Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and processing payrollIdeal qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years accounting management experience
