Apply today and learn more about this exciting role.How you will make an impact- Arrange subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Aid with monthly accounting close- Administer monthly accounting close- Alternative special projects as requested- Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Experience with Accounts Receivable- Proficient in credit card management and reconciliation- Accounts Payable- Manage general ledger- Supply cash flow projections, as needed- Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
