The ideal candidate will be detail oriented in a collaborative role with excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience in project management and analysis support to ensure efficient operation of the team's projects. --- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. --- Familiarity with MS SharePoint and MS Teams --- Ability to work independently and as part of a team --- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills --- Proven ability to learn new tools and apps --- Strong time management and organizational skills --- Must have problem solving and troubleshooting skills --- Working onsite every week is expected Education and Experience: --- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. --- Requires 2+ years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities: --- Provide operational and administrative support to the facilities management team, including but not limited to Environmental Health and Safety, data maintenance, website maintenance, and communications --- Verify data for accuracy and completeness --- Perform data entry, data validation for ongoing projects --- Assist with documentation and reports --- Maintain operational data to provide preliminary analysis --- Monitor and resolve data issues by coordinating with the wider teams --- Collaborate to enable team's issue resolution processes --- Provide vendor and procurement process support Intelliswift is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
